Project Financing,Construction, including work performed in contracting and subcontracting capacities in site work, pile driving, excavation, concrete, steel fabrication, steel erection, drywall and finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems, and roofing and sheetmetal systems.


Development Consulting in 1999-2005 for more than $1,000,000,000 of projects, including Assisted Living , Nursing, Hospital, Offices, High, Mid and Low rise residential, Hotel /Lodging, Industrial / Telecommunication, Commercial and Retail facilities.
